Sanity Check on GetGame

description

In some cases the GameManager.GetGame() method has returned the wrong rating for a game via the ESRB's website. This can be cought by checking the games information retured via the Advisor service and comparing it against the local games information.

A basic sanity check was added, mainly in the addition of the Trim Non-Exact Results code path. Other sanity checks may be needed but this should work for now.

Moved to 0.9.1 beacuse it was orphaned in 0.9.0 and no time was alloted to fix it. Will be fixed in the 0.9.3 release.

This check is a little complicated and needs serious attention. Upping the priority to Medium and moving to the 0.9.4 release. No work was completed on this task as the sproc to inline sql move too the majory of the time during this sprint.

Bumped to 0.9.5 due to work on OpenGL game checking taking more time then expected.
